Delivery Locations

We ship to serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. You can also collect your order from our store on Lamington Road, Mumbai.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you pay. No hidden charges are added after you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number with you. You can also check your order status from My Account or by calling +91 080696 40588.

Receiving Your Package

Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If the box looks tampered or damaged, refuse the delivery or note it with the courier, and contact us within 48 hours. We recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders.
