Products and Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We try to keep product information, images and prices accurate. If an error in price or description is found, we will inform you and you may cancel the order for a full refund. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if payment fails verification, or if we suspect fraud. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Invoices

A GST tax invoice is issued for every order. Business customers can enter their GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.

Warranty, Returns and Shipping

Returns, refunds and delivery are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Manufacturer warranty applies as per each brand’s terms.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not responsible for data loss or indirect damages; please back up your data before installing or servicing hardware.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
